does anyone know how to reseal a cracked bubble/blister pack?

one action figure a friend of mine bought recently has a cracked blister (though it's still fully attached to the card) on one corner. i was wondering if it's still possible to seal that crack so dust or wont get into the blister.

do you have photos of the damaged item? There's a product that i have seen before which is available from the net, and it almost cost $100..... around 2004 ko pa siya nakita... i'll try to google search again....
