I know a lot of people don't like Bumblebee figure has no detail, even me. After I saw a few people doing thier custom repaints on their Bumblebee figure, I was inspired to repaint my own Bumblebee figure after I got it last X-mas toy con. Well, I finished it detailing this morning so here it is... This was before taken 3 days ago...   Here's the after... Thanks guys.  mojackoyeah, I forgot all bout the shoulders tho. I can easily fix that, thanks for reminding me.  @gn-004 yes its all hand painted. I use gunze sangyo silver to paint the arms, legs hips. for gold detailing, also gunze sangyo gold paint and some rust effects on his weapon, a little combination of gold and clear orange colors. yellow colors on the knuckle detailing. also used 3 types of brushes and used dry brush technique in painting this figure. For the head detailing, I used a tip brush to make the details, though I don't have steady hands, but I'm happy with the result that I did. |
