try to email Samuel himself, bro. i remember i emailed him before. but that was 4 months ago. i forgot the content of his email already. forgot also if he offers dry transfer, sticker-based, or waterslide decals. sorry about that. i think shipping in the Philippines is a possibility. if you decide to order to him maybe we can all share the shipping expenses. what do you think, guys? ;D
