Dudes made a mistake yesterday, I've glued the backpack of an SD Freedom Gundam upside and I've just noticed it this morning. Is there anyway I could remove the glued parts?
I used a Tamiya cement .
Thanks!

The only thing I can think of is to firmly and steadily pull it apart.

That would be awfully hard, I'll try it though. It'll be a waste of a good kit if I didn't.
Thanks dude!

well if you accidentaly glued it that way it would be really hard because ol that I can think of is get a very sharp knife then cut on the center isle and gently bent the knife sideways just be careful not to cut your finger on the sharp knife.
A question thou how hard did you super glued your kit?

Yay!
Only thing i can think of is like what archaznable said. Use a sharp thin knife and try to cut tru it. Unlike CA's (super glues), Tamiya cement and other modeling cements dont just BOND the two pieces together.. They actually melt the plastics so that it would literally merge into one.
good luck!

what kind of tamiya cement? the white cap one? if you used that its easier to remove the cement. what i did was place the cemented part in a container with bleach. wait fo ra day or so... you will see that the cement will start to turn white.... some parts might chip off... not all.... but the melted parts would be harder to remove... but atleast after this you will see some parts from the cement whiter and you will know what part you need to cut and put more pressure. its kinda hard to explain. if you tried it you will understand what i mean. hehe...
