who do you guys think will win @ the Oscar's?
who's your bet @ the diffrnt categories?
i think the Oscars would be shown in the U.S. on February 25...i hope some local channels would be airing it via satellite..
it will be hosted by Ellen Degeneres

my bet for best actress is helen mirren in "the queen". i love that movie, and her performance as the embattled queen elizabeth 2 is pitch-perfect.
stephen frears of "the queen" as best director, too. but it may go to martin scorsese or clint eastwood.
for best supporting actor, my bet is eddie murphy in "dreamgirls". he's paid his dues, and he deserves the award.
(of course, both of them already snagged the golden globes and sag awards)
i'm hoping that "little miss sunshine" or "the queen" wins the best picture oscar, but odds are that the oscar may go to "the departed" or "letters from iwo jima."

my bet for the Oscars is that i hope Babel would win some awards esp. the award for Best picture of the year 2006, also Pirates of the Caribbean 2 would win for best special effects/make-up..
Helen Mirren is also my bet for best actress although i havent seen "The Queen" but she won some awards @ the Golden Globes...same goes for Eddie Murphy as well
