My biggest gripe isn't the suits (they actually make sense.. in a tactical, military combat-readiness kind of way), it's the rumor that Storm Shadow and the Arashikage Clan are Korean (just hope it's not true).

From Toy News International: "G.I. JOE, the original action figure, has delivered classic adventure and memorable characters to generations of kids and collectors for nearly 45 years. With the introduction of the G.I. JOE VS. COBRA saga more than 25 years ago, millions of fans met characters such as DUKE, SNAKE EYES, STORM SHADOW and COBRA COMMANDER through toys, comics and animation. Next summer, the compelling G.I. JOE VS. COBRA storyline comes to life on the big screen with the debut of a live action movie from Paramount Pictures and Hasbro on August 7, 2009."
and:
"As Hasbro ramps up for the summer 2009 blockbuster movie release of G.I. Joe from Paramount Pictures, film producers Lorenzo Di Bonventura and Brian Goldner, also Hasbro’s CEO, will be joined by writer Stuart Beattie and creative consultant Larry Hama to discuss how they are bringing the legendary G.I. Joe vs. Cobra saga and its characters to life for fans around the world. Also, Aaron Archer (Hasbro Design), Michelino Paolino (Hasbro Design), Michael Ritchie (Hasbro Marketing), and producer Joaquim Dos Santos discuss the recently announced “G.I. Joe: Resolute,” animated online series."

hmm after seeing all the cast in its costume attires ... i guess GIJOE will really be a good one can't wait for it.
I just have a small grip on portraying Destro .... he has a small amount of hair what the? lol i tot Destro should be bald and shiney silver. ;D ;D ;D
The brag is that Gen.Hawk portrayed it really good ... I really like Snake Eye's costume its far better than Storm Shadows. ;D ;D ;D
