pokemon crystal is a legit Pokemon Game. and i think you're referring to Lugia (Re: Legendary pokemon). Watch out for Pokemon Chaos Black, it's a fake. here's the article and url: www.network54.com/Forum/35355/message/1153706889/YOU+BEEN+SCAMMEDYOU BEEN SCAMMED by Chupi If possible, cancel the sale. If it's too late, get in contact with Paypal or your credit card company to reverse the charge. Also, please do everyone a favor and report this person to the eBay admins. Pokemon ChaosBlack is a hacked version of FireRed. The versions being put on cartridges and sold illegally are an ALPHA version in which is is impossible to get past Mt. Moon. (The exit from Mt. Moon to Cerulean is blocked by water, and even if you trade in a SURFer, you can't use it because you need the Fuscia gym badge.) The "beta" version will come out this October, and it'll let you get past Mt. Moon. The hack is done by somebody by the name of Mew3, and a few other guys. When they finally finish it, the final version won't be for sale anywhere (legally). Like all other ROM hacks, it'll be downloadable for free from Mew3's website. The ChaosBlack cartridges that have been popping up on eBay aren't made by or approved of by Mew3. Some pirates in Taiwan downloaded the alpha version and burned it onto a batch of programmable cartridges. A couple days ago, I posted a patcher program for people who downloaded the alpha version. It changes the water blocking off Mt. Moon into sand. The patcher is completely useless if you have the game on an actual cartridge because the cartridge is read-only. Also, anyone who bought the alpha version on a cartridge will NEVER be able to get past Mt. Moon in it. There is no way to upgrade it to the beta version when October comes. (People who downloaded the ROM from Mew3 will probably be able to replace their ROM and continue their existing save.) -Chupi Posted on Jul 23, 2006, 7:08 PM

looks like people who are using emulators will be able to play Chaos Black without getting stuck. For me, it's better to get a legit game cartridge (Fire Red, etc). I used to play gameboy emulators but i've had more of a challenge playing pokemon on a Game Boy.

it really must have been a challenge! i use the space bar to make my character walk fast and i just realized that you can "save" in the middle of a fight.... so you can capture the legendary pokemons (save-load-use pokeball). it's kinda hard to imagine capturing them with the gba itself, with my game, since i only have 1 master ball. heheh...

I used the masterball only to catch one of the legendary "dogs" Suicune since he runs away. all others i used the tried ans tested ultra ball. it is a challenge but when you've defeated the elite 4 for the nth time, you have a lot of money to burn for pokeballs anyway. one thing that got playing GB emulators easy is the fact that you can save in the middle of battle but it was fun too. hehe

i think you can get them from gamefaqs.com. that's where i get my walkthroughs if i get stuck in a game. the only other way you can get those pokemon is if you attemd a Nintendo special event (which i haven't seen here in the philippines)
