Superman movie franchise to be rebooted

DC has finally ended the speculation. The next Superman movie will be a reboot of the franchise, they're washing their hands clean of Superman Returns.

I feel bad for Brandon Routh, he was the only good thing I liked about the movie.

I'm not really a Superman follower, but I think they or somebody in the Seigel Family didn't approve of where the last movie was taking the character. And probably because Superman had too few speaking scenes to begin with.

Remember, the group making Smallville also had a problem with the Superman creators' family. But this is just speculations.

If Supes is still a bankable character then any movie made next time should be at par to Batman's success in the box office.
