HMM 002 - Command Wolf
HMM Line
From Wikipidea
Overview
The Command Wolf is a fast and agile Zoid, one of the fastest Zoids of its size. Its speed gives it a good deal of flexibility, allowing it to perform in various roles. Command Wolves have been used in strike, recon, and assault operations, amongst others. Its back-mounted weapons turret can detach and act as a separate recon platform, further expanding its capabilities.
The Zoid does have two weaknesses. Firstly, it is poorly armoured for its size, and rather vulnerable to heavier Zoid weapons. Secondly, the weapons of the basic Command Wolf design are rather weak, although later variants address this flaw.

Design
It took the command wolf to a different level. WE all know that a CW has a lot of different variants, this kit is a modified/redesign version of the Original CW. It now has a complete shoulder armors, a head similar to the original with Sharp teeth, the tail has now a booster attached to it and to make it short an original look of CW plus more! Although the body is a little smaller but it tend to be more sleeker while the shoulders being broader.
Assembly,Articulation & Features
Well this is my first HMM and what can I say, its good. Assembling it is very satisfying. Imagine to assemble the head took me an our(complete with painting and paneling). Next is the front body, a nice gimick of this part is the zoids core that comes with the HMM BL as well. One note is you need to glue the joints for the shoulders of the legs because the legs tend to fall off out of place when positioning the CW in an action post. Next is the powerconnector hose-like thing that connects from the neck to the body, when fully assemble their are times it disconnect. A simillar powerconnector hose-like thing can be located at the belly and it is highly recomended to glue this part in place. The hind body is also a nice build, with a gold part at the back that acts as support. When the body is fully assemble, it can bend side ways for a limited degree. Next will be the weapons, the smoke despenser can be easily be build, nice colors that complements each other but its bigger than the original CW as stated by others which is true. The cannons of the original CW is small and has an open c-o-c-kpit while this kit as cover of its own for the c-o-c-kpit, this includes a canopy for the weapon's c-o-c-kpit and 2 new seperate guns than can tilt in a limited angle. Although the cannons and smoke despenser hit each other on certain position. Next is the legs, a nice satisfying build with many articulation for the feet. The shoulder leg armor here covers the front part compare to the original CW which only cover the expose part. The last will be the tail, new style and it contains a booster and can now move from left to right as well.
Overall Verdict
For starters in the HMM line, it is highly recommended to get this kit first before you try the bigger ones. Though its not cheap as of an original CW but if you want a challenge with limited resources you can try this for yourself.
The good
satisfying build..you will be taking a long time for this.
very nice articulation
new look is good
The bad
some parts must be glue
Neutral
looks dead without panel lining(paint is optional)
