Hi everyone! I'm kinda new with this gunpla collection thingy (I just started last year) so I won't be able to show some really good-looking shots of the gundams I've bought. I started collecting when I bought this FG Saviour Gundam for my nephew (which now is all broken but I intend to fix it for him). I liked the 'building and connecting' the parts of the kit and so I bought an HG WZC for myself and so goes the collection. Anyway that's how I started. Hopefully as time goes by you could see some developments coz I intend to really be good in building, painting and maybe customizing/modifying my kits just like all of you here. ;D
Well, here's my humble "Colony" (I like Gundam Wing alot ;D ):
My collection started like this. Just 1/144's. Except for the Devil Gundam (c/o intensify), all of them were bought either at GT or BT.
Then I saw from some of you guys your kits and got excited in painting them (I never thought that kits should be painted to look the way they were in the TV hehe). But I have no idea how to start so I tried painting first a bootleg of the Force Impulse Gundam.
Here's what I've done with the bootleg. It's not that good. I never used primer and didn't used gloss for a finishing touch (didn't know that before). ;D
Then my brother-in-law (which is into collecting Marvel/DC/Street Fighter figs) told me to go for the bigger gunplas (which are the 1/100 models) so I sold some of my 1/144s (thanks iori321) and bought an MG Wing Gundam Ver. Ka (my first 1/100).
Wing Ver.Ka at the back. No decals yet coz I intend to paint it first hehe. FG Exia in the foreground which I customized to look like the HCM-Pro Special. Naruto and Sasuke on the side.
Then I saw some pics of the astrays in the internet and liked it very much (specially red astray) so I bought the HG 1/100 Blue and Red Astrays.
Haven't painted these yet as well so the sticker emblem thingy is not yet applied. Red Astray looks so cool! Haha! ;D
And so there goes my story! Did I said much? Hopefully I'd be good in painting and post some really good pics of my collection. I have an HG 1/144 Sazabi (c/o mbongares) BTW which I intend to customize to look like the SD Shibai Sazabi. I hope I could finish it with good results. ;D
Box collection. Hope there'd be more boxes next time haha!
AND THAT'S ALL FOLKS! But the story won't end here hopefully.
