each unit is almost at par with their 1/100 or 1/144 counterpart in terms to features and accessories. but the hg00 1/144 series however one particular plus factor compared to the 1/100 - decent waist articulation.
for some unknown reason most 1/100 releases have no waist if not minimal range of articulation.
so if size is not an issue and you want really good value for your money then the hg00 1/144 is best for you.
if size does matter, then go for the 1/100.

I totally agree. If size doesn't matter to you, go for HG 1/144. HG 1/144 is ahead in terms of articulations.

i really dont have a 1/144 or 1/100 00 series gundam.. but based on what ive been seeing, i like the 1/100 more.. just take a look at the kyrios. (plus i like the more compplicated build =)

I agree too mr. bonus ;D HG 1/144s nowadays are going super articulated like the MGs, specially the ones from the 00 2nd season series Definitely worth to buy Going for the NG 1/100s also isn't a bad idea, I mean they're not that bad at all I guess the details are much better, and ofcourse the size

season 1 model kits (exia, etc) i'd go for 1/100 for more detail and good articulation
now in season 2 model kits i'll agree with previous posts 1/144 kits have really good value for kits below 1k
for myself, i bought the 1/144 models and still waiting for the MG ones to get to the 1/100

As far for me, I'm surprised with the articulation, details not to mention the fair price for the hg 1/144 season 2 gundam 00 releases compared to 1/100 scales.

i prefer 1/100 scales, but i agree that the recent 1/144s (particularly HGUCs and HG00s) are better articulation and proportion-wise than the NGs

I collect mostly 1/100 scales but HGs are not bad either... They're just sort of out of place in my collection... HGs are better in terms of articulation so it still depends on one's preference...
