Jack TV is already advertising Big Bang Season 5 due October. I don't mind watching the weekly back-to-back re-runs (they still make me laugh), but season 5 can't come soon enough.

Jack TV is already advertising Big Bang Season 5 due October. I don't mind watching the weekly back-to-back re-runs (they still make me laugh), but season 5 can't come soon enough. Well you can always watch them online... oh and BTW as of Sept. 17 you can get the S4 DVDs... The Big Bang Theory Season 4 DVD Boxed (making Season 3 set out of place when they sold it without any box packaging!!!  ) 3-disc set - similar to the rest of the DVD sets The DVDs are out starting Sept. 17 (locally) and are priced at P1,250. Yup the local outlets or distributors don't have the same release date as that of their US counterpart. This time they came out with a box for the regular DVD container which for those in Asia means that Season 3 DVD set is the only one without a box. The box is similar to the previous DVD releases with a group photo on the front and a season synopsis on the back. The DVD container is similar to that of the 3rd Season but is now white/semi-transparent which for those who own one would know that removing the first 2 discs feels really tight and damaging the discs is a big risk, so handle with care. The wrap-around cover however doesn't include the list of episodes like that of previous releases, instead it has a picture, remark from a critic, credits and on the other side (facing the discs) is a picture montage from different episodes in Season 4. The Biggest difference is the positioning of Special Features. All three discs have their own set of Special Features: Actor on Actor: The Big Bang's Theory of Relativity Featurette

Actor to actor interview between Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco)

Gag Reels (bloopers)
The Gag Reels are funny, probably even funnier than the series... so check them out... you'd think some scenes were made without cuts but you'd be surprised... Based on what you can see on the DVDs, it would seem that Amy and Bernadette could possibly be permanent additions to the gang, but Rajesh's sister Priya is still on the bubble as her character makes up the love triangle between Leonard and Penny. FYI - Mayim Bialik (Amy) is the only actor in the group that has a real PhD in Neuroscience and was even mentioned in Season 1 episode "The Bat Jar Conjecture" when Sheldon dropped out of the PMS team and formed AA. Great episodes, I wonder if Jack TV will show the first 2 episodes back-to-back... they could delay a week later so they have an extra week filled and not show the 3rd episode until a couple of weeks late.
Anyhoo, SPOILER ALERT
- Seems Penny and Raj didn't even get past the use of the contraceptive, (might be offensive if I use the right term)
- Howard and Bernadette are OK, he just probably had to contend to being Mr. Rostenkowski,
- Priya is still not a "part" of the main cast... Aarti Mann's name does not appear on the main credit like the rest of the female add-on characters...
- Leonard and Priya are managing a long distance relationship thanks to the power, how limiting it may be, of the internet.
And so... on to the next episode...
