www.neograde.com/its a site that sells conversion kits (particularly resin) of various designs and "different" styles for model kits and other items (busts, option parts, upgrades, etc.).

you could say they're a shop that sells "conversion parts for customizing" or something like that. just buy the conversion part, apply it on the necessary frame/base kit needed and there ya go. there are some items that can be built as standalone units though. there is another site that's hk-based: www.akocreation.com/pages/home.html |

those are custom made model kits.. though they are still based on the original design
they design there own based on the kit. However when you buy them, you dont have to cut
them from its tree, its a spru / seamline friendly kit.. though you are still required to paint it
as you want it to look like... its color when bought is either flesh/white ( styrene color )
actually neograde is like a small company/ group of model kit fanatics
aside from Neograde, there are also Vicious Project, etc...
