my first attempt in adding led's in a kit. pardon the quality as i only used the webcam for these shots: with the lights off: with some lights on: 2 leds are good enough to light the wall from this distance: 2 leds as seen from this pic (lights are coming from inside the 2 primary booster/legs): will try to refine this - i am having troubles finding some stuffs where i am working right now but i would like to find those smaller battery rigs. hopefully i can put the batteries inside the next kits' frames/body.

Thanks, yes it can still transform to the gerwalk but haven't tried yet to battroid - besides, it would expose the wires since they comes out and join just below the thigh armor. will try to mod this further if i get the time. or try to do a better job on the next model i will attempt this on

Nice one! So the circuit reached the body? Try installing the simple circuit just inside the booster packs w/ switch. vic01

Thanks vic, problem with the vf is that there is really no place to put anything . The wires do not really reach the body - just roughly below the joint connecting the legs to it. I was looking for that housing for watch batteries but being in bangkok right now, all they gave me was the AA housing The wires run behind the stand - good thing I was able to find that connector similar to the cpu's fan - that's where you can pull it out from the stand hehehe. I'll try to practice on a cheap MG first (i was able to purchase a rx-78-4 for 1,100 baht only when i went to the store to buy the sinanju). A frame might make the wirings easier to house. Too bad most of my modelling stuffs are back home and it is quite difficult finding stuffs around here. i'll be asking you for more tips since you are THE master when it comes to injection kits. cheers!

still can't find any decent electronic/hardware shops here in bangkok so i decided to continue on practicing on putting leds on a kit using a sort of plug. i already had the wires running to the hips, but i opted to run it behind the backpack instead since the beam rifle would have a wire running to the battery-looking thing (which would be on the left side) for this kit. wires coming out from the backup would seem to be more natural than coming out of it's buttplug made the hole near the base of the neck's back side. had to scrape a small part of the collar plate to accomodate the wires coming out from the body. ... testing the led if all those solders connects properly. the webcam seems to make it look more brighter than it is - the shape of the eyes seem ok when i look at it. will post on the progress

added the led on the beam rifle. had to hollow out a lot of parts just to create a path for the wires: ... i wonder why i just tried this recently, I should have tried this when Raon street is just a few kilometers away

just learned some new things about this project. when i painted the barrel of the rifle, it really blocks the light from passing through. so i painted the inside of the skull.
