@gn - yep... t'was the only one w/ a reasonable price tag... the other RD Side KMFs were the subject of some extreme price gouging over there... i'm just waiting for my pre-order for the other one that i want... good thing i'm patient  PilapZ - thanks... congrats on your year-end hauls too. adbenturero - lol, ROBO 619... you got that right, bro.  |

Cool Shen Hu! I got mine too yesterday. Along with DX Chogokin Macross Quarter, Reborns Gundam, Revoltech ARX-7 Arbalest, and GFF Next Generation ZII. ;D

just got my RD Guren SEITEN preorder (fifo sa gh... lol). finally (huling-huli na!)... ;D also got the Gloucester (w/c i had previously canceled my preorder on). it called to me... couldn't resist those big ears that reminded me of Cornelia's large pair... hehehe ;D  (sorry for the crappy pic...) EDIT - btw, i think bro j.sonic will be pleased that the RD's boxes are in pristine condition...  |

looks like we all got them from the same place. i haven't opened mine yet. unfortunately, cornelia's gloucester called out to me but i didn't answer. hehe. hope to be able to fool around with the Gurren SEITEN soon. ;D |

usually its like that - excess release oils tends to seep out the small parts/gaps. nothing to worry about - the smell is bad so better wipe them off fast.
any problems involving the gloucuster's elbows? do they tend to pop off easily?

@ qb - i have to admit that it was an impulse buy, since i never made the deposit and subsequently canceled my preorder for it. but i'm happy i got it nonetheless... it'll help round out my very small Code Geass collection... i just need one more (another side KMF that i keep flip-flopping on, hehe ) that i'm waiting for from HK and then i'm probably done... these are a little too expensive to buy too much of... for me. but i'd buy a figma Kallen Flightsuit and Zero in a heartbeat. V2 - yep, it can easily be wiped off... but you have to be really careful coz the clear wing parts can be easily scratched even when using a microfiber cloth. no problems w/ the joints of the Gloucester. it's just the smell of the plastic/rubber cape is pretty toxic! since we're discussing joints popping off... those d@mn shoulder, hip, front and back crotch plates of the Shen Hu keep popping off while posing it...  |

nice! Shen Hu! ;D what are the pro's and con's of this fig amigo? the main "pro" for me is it's looks. it just looks really cool, IMO... plus i love the look of the spinning slash harken gimmick. The chest cannon gimmick is a nice touch too. if there's anything to complain about in terms of its looks, IMO they could've slimmed down those side bulges at the knee part of the Shen Hu a little. as for the parts popping off, it's actually just the shoulder plates that pop off often when you try to max out its range of motion... after seeing your shots of the Zangetsu, i think a Shen Hu vs Zangetsu head-to-head would look cool... kinda like Kung-Fu vs. Karate... ;D   |
