got if from HLJ. I just barely managed to sneak into the preorder list and i had to wait for 2-3 weeks for my order to be confirmed. Came out to roughly 1.8k w/ SAL s/h (cheaper than my EMS'd UN Spacy shirt). There's still the red one available but i like the black one better... masmaangas! "Just who the hell do you think I am?!"
They also have the Gurren Speech shirt, but no more Medium-size w/c is what i wanted. The back of the shirt has the line "Believe in yourself. Not you who believes in me. Not me who believes in you. Believe in you, who believes in yourself!" written in Japanese. ;D
btw, i finally got an RD Q-Rea today... loose but complete w/ box and everything and in pretty good condition. Thanks to volkrays for the sweet deal. traded one of my flexidisplay stands for the Q-Rea and added a couple hundred bucks for a set of Stage Act 3 stands. SWWWEEEETTTT! ;D

V2 - i think the size is pretty much the same as locally available shirts. good thing for me, my in-laws live in qc and there isn't that much traffic during Sundays... and it was just too sweet of a deal to pass up. I have to say, the RD Q-Rea is a very solid figure... i really like it. But i still can't get over the asinine decision of Bandai to make the Pixie squad version an exclusive!... i mean, the version that people who have bought the Klan version will buy at least 2 of, duh!  (rant over)  and thanks, btw, for the Figma advice.

ugh....too bad it's no longer available on HLJ.... i would have wanted to get the Char costume though...maybe even the white Quebeley shirt but they didn't have any stocks in my size.  again, awesome shirt bro. congrats! |

just had time to take some quick pics of my favorites among my recent purchases: Banpresto Ichiban Kuji MacF SD figs:  VF-25F Tornado, VB-6 Koenig Monster, Armored VF-25S Battroid - 2010 set VF-25F Battroid - from 2009 set i'll try to take better pics of these later on esp. the Monster since that's the one that made this set expensive... very sought after. my third COSPA t-shirt:  Astro Boy hologram shirt for my daughter. Too bad there weren't anymore adult sizes available for me :   1/60 DX VF-27 Gamma:  what i really want is the green one, but since it's another exclusive, Bandai can shove it up their a$$! not even with 5 of those pink foldildo boosters included would i drop 10k++ for it. |

V2 - you could say that since they're game prizes and not readily available in retail shops, esp. in separate sets. AFAIK, to get this directly, you'd have to buy the whole case. ---------------------------- The rest of my hauls since last month... bargains and on sale/clearance stuff: Figma Rin Tohsaka  ...after 2 1/2 years, Saber finally has a companion . Only my 2nd Figma (although i have a Figma Drossel here somewhere, i just can't seem to find her atm). thanks to khyle for this. Yamato GN-U VF-X2 VF-11B and VF-19A  i absolutely love these color schemes for the 11B and 19A... plus i got them for only 350 pesos apiece. ;D GFFN Aile Strike Gundam  got this coz it was on sale for only 1.8k and i figured it would help round out my display alongside my Freedom and Destiny GFF static figs... Regular stuff: RD Stark Jegan  by far the best among all the RDs released for the Unicorn series. i love this figure. i hope they make the Rezel next and make it as good as this one coz i passed on the GFFN in the hope they'd make one in RD format. RD VF-25G Michael custom  Klan will be pleased... ;D RD Queadluun-Rare Pixie Squad  I HATE EXCLUSIVES!!! Yamato 1/60 VF-1J M&M  finally got my replacements for the Revoltech M&M set i sold off last year. i love how the two boxes combine to make a whole battroid mode pic in the middle ;D. @j.sonic - hehe, "ilang tulog na lang"... you're gonna love the Stark Jegan! too bad it only has 1 beam saber in pink that i can lend to my RD Unicorn. V2 - my friend found a store in MK stacked w/ these and also the Ex-Gear Alto w/c they were selling for $300 each. the stacked boxes for each item were almost 5 ft. high daw! talk about overstocked! |
