Alter 1/100 FFR-31MR/D Super Sylph "Yukikaze"

I'm not really familiar about the background of the series (honestly it made me sleep) so please refer to the reviews instead. All I know is that this has got to be one of the best sci-fi plane designs.
PACKAGING
The packaging is similar to Yamato's Macross toys - the top has a flap wherein showcases the Yukikaze and its accessories (not shown). The plane and accessories are all packed in their respective trays (again similar to Yamato) and secured tightly.
WEAPONS LOADOUT
The plane comes with 4 sets of missiles and 1 set of fuel tanks. With this, you can display the Yukikaze with whatever assortment that pleases you.
Clockwise from the left: AAM-III x 2, AAM-V x 2 & AAM-VII x 2 - connected to the wing hardpoints
AAM-III Missile & Fuel Tanks - connected hardpoints located on the sides of the fuselage
note: take caution when handling them. the mounts are pretty small and if you exert too much force you might break them.
ACCESSORIES
Landing Gears
With great detail, the only thing that would be nice is that if the wheels could turn. To connect these landing gears - you have to use the picks (right image) to remove the covers and connect them. Just take caution and try not to exert too much force - as it may lead to breakage. The front landing gear can be inserted by removing the canard wing cover (behind the cockpit) and using the flat round pick to "push" the cover down.
Support Base
Composed of two parts, the support base connects through a slot on the underbelly of the plane. On the neck is a double joint that allows the plane to be displayed on flight.

CONCLUSION
Alter is a brand that has proven themselves to excel in their figure releases, but with this it just shows that they can also be the best in almost anything. The flawless form and details down to the smallest panel is beautifully done, and I simply cant believe that they did such great dedication even at a 1/100 scale! Absolutely recommended for sci-fi aircraft collectors!
