This is interesting, IGear has scaled down the MP01 Optimus Prime, removed the Autobot logo (to avoid lawsuits) and made Mp01 perfect more or less in scale to the TF Classics and BT line. No word yet on how much diecast, if any. Click to view larger image. optional Toon accurate head and articulated hands! From here: tformers.com/article.php?sid=12162Gold

So far most of the IGear stuff is in the $80-120 price range so I'd say it's somewhere there. As for licensing issues, I think it's more of a design "patent" issue since no trademarks logos were used. Heh, I'm still waiting for the fallout from the Justitoys WST Dinobots.. er, DinoRObots design rips. Gold

Release date's been listed now as March 2010. www.igeartoys.com/?page_id=223Official working title IG-PP01. Note the black "limited to 500 units edition" at the bottom of the page. Only 16 units left. SRP seems to be $95. Ouch... same price as MP01 back in the day. Not really sure about diecast content but last I read, there wasn't any. Looks like there's a clear version too! www.igeartoys.com/?page_id=186#2Yeah... definitely no diecast here. Gold
