hi, cant seem to find any related post on this subject hope you guys could help me on this. i recently got an HG Fighting Action D-hell Custom, and i was wondering, whats the difference in HG only and in HG fighting action. also after snap fitting it i found out that there are to many gap in the parts, and the hands where made of the same materials as the join part (i think its polycap) i knw i have the real BANDAI kit, i just dont know why they are different from any of my hguc or hg kit. hope you expert could help me out. thanks

one of the focus of the hgfa line was having extra parts to allow the units pose as how they did in the series - in this case the gundams in the endless waltz ova - wzc's final shooting, sandrock's cross-slashing. in my opinion for such a small scale they were the best of their time in terms of detail and gimmick - as hlj describes "Specifically designed to be able to be posed in some of the more memorable ways it was seen in the series". but as you mentioned, they did suffer from fitting issues and such (as all models do back then) but i guess you can work it out with some sanding and modifications.
as for the hands, i'd assume they were testing out the possibilities of having the hands molded accurately in detail - using pvc material than using the "bland" ones. but since that concept didnt push through on later 1/144 kit series like gundamx, turn-A and hguc i think they dumped the idea and started back on the "regular" ones. you can get accurate resin handsets from b-club (via hlj) but they'll be quite expensive.

i see, thank you V2 for the information, but i don't think i would be getting the resin handset if it would be that expensive.
