Yes but it is not advisable since brake fluids are dangerous without proper handling. I haven't tried removing any spray paint before but it would be best not to go the brake fluid way... for yours and the environments' safety...

Use Simple Green. It can be bought from hardware stores.

If you want to strip the paints of your kits using "these" stuffs, will they remove the primer also?

It depedns on the primer you used, but it would be best to remove the primer as well as it may cause bumps and "scars" caused by removing the paint... re-priming your kit is best to level out the entire surface for painting.
I suggest using plastic model primers as the spray cans come in finer nozzles thus having a better surface texture.

I see your point there.
Plastic model primers means Mr. Surfacer and likes yes? Those stuffs are hard to get here (and to transport from there to here) so I've opted for the bottle types to be used with ABs.
Thanks for the tip.

Well, you can use any hardware primer just check the label and remove the extra primer that raises like grits on a sand paper, but avoid rubbing too much or you will also remove the primer this way. Repeat if necessary.

Well, there's this TOA plastic primer here. But I'm not really sure if it adheres really well.
