Sylvanian Families is 1:10 and perfectly to scale with nendoroids, though maybe a tad too big for petits. Try looking at Toy Kingdom and/or Toys R'Us for a simple cabin or a chateau.

A standard Sylvanian Families house would probably be around Php1200 up, I'm not really sure. I'm more familiar with the accessories, which range from Php260 (individual sets) to around Php600 (furniture + a figure) to Php1000+ (for a batch set of accessories and figures). They're quite expensive, but at least you'll have no worries about scale problems (which is the case with other miniatures, which are mostly1:6 and not 1:12 scale).
