hi pls can anyone tell me where can i buy spare parts for missing/broken gundam parts? or how to order them? thnx in advance!!! im missing a chest part of my 1 100 MG unicorn gundam HD color version :C Sorry but unless you're in Japan, chances are you won't be able to buy the extra parts as listed in the "coupon" area of all Gundam manuals (below the parts list)... As in most cases, these are exclusive to the country where the product is produced. Best chances of getting your missing part is asking for somebody in Japan to buy them for you... good luck...

sorry been out for a long time due to work... anyways, there's still hope for you bro.. i did used this a couple of times already but the only downside is that you need to order the whole runner where your missing part/s resides. here's the link from HLJ.com (item no. 5) if you're up for it.. www.hlj.com/helpcenter/products.html

You can e-mail <bandaiactionkit@bandai.co.jp> to request for broken parts. They take forever to reply so be sure to send several e-mails.
Here's their return policy:
"1. We accept free replacement for any defection or missing parts if it occurred in our production line or during the transportation. We need to see a picture of broken parts or a sprew that has missing parts in the unwrapped plastic bags when you ask for a replacement."
"2. We also accept a replacement for broken parts or missing parts which occurred under customer's responsibility. This replacement will be done free of charge but it will be only one time deal."
So if you're only missing a single piece, you should've no problem getting a replacement. Processing takes 2-3 months, though. But they ship via EMS, so no need to worry about it getting lost. I hope this helps!
