Hello pips! im back with my new thread. Got rid of the last one...hehehe long story..Anyways, some of the bosses here in this forum already know me and some may not. So, I'll introduce again myself. I started collecting Gundam during HS days when Wing series aired. Due to lack of funds of course, I stopped then continued again when I was already working. I still have few kits compared to others..hehehe    These are all my U.C. Kits MGs and HGs. My first MG was the grand daddy RX.  Wing series..YUP! Im a big deathscythe fan, but I dont have the recently released MG ver KA. thank god I skipped coz for sure Im gonna get the MG DHC next year! Then maybe Im gonna think if Im still gonna get the 1st one.    SEED/SEED Destiny Series/and 1 astray (with 1 random Musha SD ) I'm I.Justice fan. I am also planning to get all athrun and kira's M.S. if the budget is right and if I can find them here in canada or online.  my only TF toys.. dont have the generetions bumblebee hehehe!  my revoltech macross and this is where I'm really hooked right now...  Right now im addicted on figuarts. I still like Gundam kits for sure but now im only investing my budget on Figuarts. I really find this figures hard to collect since I just started last feb collecting these guys. Most of the newly released items are always sold out online. My newly added SHF.  Till next time! |

Christmas gifts!  SHF EX Cyclone  SHF Kamen Rider V3 trio and 1 bike  SHF Kamen Rider Dark KIVA  together with KIVA Emperor  This is my favorite shot SHF Kamen Rider Hyper Kabuto with Kabuto  Equipped with Perfect Zecter  Flying Rider Kick  Verdicts:SHF EX Cyclone: Great fig as usual. Same articulation as other bikes, fine details. Handles can be swapped for a soft handle. The only downside was grip hand accesory is not included... SHF Kamen Rider V3: Basically same as 1st and 2nd... great fig especially with the other 2 SHF Kamen Rider Dark KIVA: Simply...BAD@SS....Due to the design of the suit and with the cape makes it a little tricky to do some poses IMO. But, surely worth it. definitely recommendable. SHF Hyper Kabuto: Another great fig IMO. For the wing effect, it doesnt actually have a clean cut, but thats not a big issue for me. the perfect zecter looks also good also can have its gun mode. All in all the figs I got are all A-OK hehehe! didnt got the chance to do more pshots due to over eating hahaha!! Happy Holidays again!! |

;D@qb thanks! wow it really been a while since I last posted here... my few purchases in the last months.... SOC Soul Specs SPT Layzner I really have no idea about any info for this mech....just got this because of a TAG price of $20 boxing day sale.  out of the box showing 2 sets of swappable armor  close up of cockpit with pilot   2 types of armor which im not sure if you can see any differences...  action poses...   Verdict: Well, being unfamiliar with this mech and storyline made me not very attached to the fig itself. For the pricetag, its a win win in my opinion. the fig have plenty of internal die cast parts and it also has good articulation. This one also has action base/stand that has mech voice which is by the way really annoying when you hear it. I also check the price on the web showing me a $60-$70 original price so for me that a win on my part.  and I think its rare now to find a soul spec nowadays but im not sure.. NEXT: Revoltech Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan Stand alone Action shots:    EPIC POSE Thoughts: I have very few revoltechs in my collection and they were all macross line. I love the TTGL anime (watched it 4X already) and that's the reason I got this. For the accessory count, it only have sets of hand and the drill to exchange on the arm, effect parts for the drill and also the old revoltech stand. Still has the crazy revoltech action thats great for playing and messing around on it. When this was reissued same as the other Gurren I ordered it right away but sadly, didnt get the other fig due to budget management...but im happy I got this one! ;D next: SRC MAZINGER Z My first SRC..Mazinger Z and weapon set  STAND ALONE WHITH CHEAP STYRO ROCK IMITATION LOL!     ACTION POSES  Verdict: I love this one! I already got the SRC ALT (where happens to be that my GF has it in the phil.) also I give my props to QB for helping to for making my decision on getting this fig. (such a BI) LOL! I will recommend this one who cant afford (like me) a SOC ver. eventhough not all parts are die cast it still gives you a good amount of metal on it. I also recommend to get the weapon set not only the fig (great stategy there Bandai) Maz will be more cooler if it has the scrander attached to it. plus you can get 2 pcs of effect parts for shooting its ROOCKKEETTTOOO PUUCCCNNNHHH!!! and extra 2 for great maz which is also out by the way. yep! highly recommendable for anyone who wants to try it out. ;D Lastly:  MG DEATHSCYTHE HELL EWYEP! GOT THIS ONE LAST FEB. SAME ISSUE FOR THE FACEMASK BUT ITS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR ME. ALREADY BUILT THIS ONE (JUST SNAP BUILDING) AND WILL POST PICTURE...SOMEDAY. THANKS FOR LOOKING! |

I think Im very far from toronto...Im in a province area...which sucks...good luck on your eternal hunt! hope you catch one soon bro! i see... i believe Regina is a major city if not the biggest city in SK. correct? it's nice to know that you can still source out kits and toys out there... in Toronto, even though it's a big city... it's hard to find good priced gundams and other toys... however, there is the usual animecon and toy conventions where all toy store merchants get together to sell their stuff! |

@23: there are only 2 hobby shops here, and they pretty much dont have stuffs that I like, most of them are marvel figs and other stuffs. Most that I have in my collections came from online shopping, like all of my figuarts...your still lucky coz you have toy conventions there..
