You could use Gundam Marker's panelling pen. You can buy them at Lils Futaba. Or you could buy a super fine pen from NBS. There are other techniques, but since you're a begginer, it's best to start with pens.
For best results, it's advisable to paint the kit.

Ok, is there a specific brand/make of paints Iyou can recommend...
Im planning to buy a 1/100 MG Strike Noir and Infinite Justice.
What would be the recomended paints/pens for this.
I just want to make the kits look plain and simple. ;D

Tamiya paints, usually the first choice. Check Special Toys or Lil's Hobby shop (UG Megamall I think Mega A). For panel lining, you can mix a ratio of 3 parts thinner to 1 part black paint. Tip a fine modeler's brush (try Trumpeter brand) on the mixture and apply it on any starting point of a panel line and let the mixture run. just wipe off the excess with soft tissue or cotton cloth. Better try it on the runners first or on a cheaper model to see if this method will work for you.

For basic lining its good to start with the Gundam markers. Get a black and gray fine markers. (GM01 and GM02 respectively) Gray is nice for white parts and the black is for the colored ones. But black lines are also good for the white parts, since the darker tone makes the details look more sharper. If the lines go too thick you can just simply swipe the excess off and clean it with a finger or thumb. I also suggest making use of high quality tooth picks when thinning out the paneled lines, its really effective specially when you wanted the lines detailed only on the edges of a panel. Its fun applying panel lines on your Gunplas, coz even on just snap builds you can bring out the best in your kits.

there are many places on the kit to be panel-lined..better state which area to be detailed up so that you won't be confused on what to use..small details such has vents of a gundam head are really small places so Fine Pen is your only friend..there are also exhaust areas that requires paints..normally panzer gray ining and dark gray tip for SRW kits and sometimes(mostly on UC kits) yellow outer and gray inside)..boosters are sometime combination of red and yellow or redish-orange so you better be carefull with the color mixture..the percentage listed on the manual is somewhat hard to measure at first but you'll eventually get it as you progress on building..
the way I panel-line my kits is simple but depending on what I use...for tiny lines, I use a Fine pen then after applying, I wipe off the ink using a clean cloth to leave only the line darkened...gundam kits are smooth so the ink won't stick to it quickly..
painting requires a little work unless you can hold a brush steadily^^..using modeling tape is nice if you're going to paint a part with many colors..
for clear colored parts, using an airbrush will be nice so that you won't leave any brush marks..I suggest painting the clear parts before building without removing it from the sprue(remove the clear tree from the main sprue and just put a label so you won't get lost while building)....that way you won't be able to accidentally touch it and leave some fingerprint..

panel linings...you could use the Gundam Markers Real Touch markers.they're double tipped_fine brush and thick brush....real great for those impossible to reach deep panel linings.lot of those colors available but the black is sparse.you can find them at special toys or maybe GT has them and oh, i've talked to best toys about getting these markers.cheers!

Look for a fine tip Markers for CD labeling. This markers are erasable and can also be removed by alcohol on cotton. And best of all it's around 80-100 Pesos only so big savings over Gundam Markers but most of the time they are available in Black, Blue and Red colors only...
Personally I like panel wash with Tamiya Paint because you can get really fine as in hairline thickness...
