Dunno if this is good news or bad news but KO Toys will reproduce Fortress Maximus around August for $300 USD. They also plan to release all 3 versions - Fortress Maximus, Grand Maximus (Master Force) Brave Maximus (Car Robots) . No word yet if the Swords will be included (the vintage Japanese version had these)

Shipping is pegged at around an extra $50-$100 according to the thread.
Also, it seems that KO toys will also roll out KO (Knock Off/Bootleg) sets of Computron (G1 Technobots) and Abomimus (Terracons).
G1 Fortress Maximus went about $80-$90 back in the 1980's.
EDIT: Sadly, it turns out the FortMax rumor was a hoax (the first post in the link was edited) so I guess we won't be seeing a KO version.
