Hi I am a new member and a newbie at collecting toys!
My name's Katzie, 17 years old, and a second yr college student in ADMU. Although I'm a newbie at toy collecting, this isn't the first time I fell in love with toys! I remember buying Sailormoon figures when I was still a very very small child everyweek at Sm megamall. Haha, but sad to say I lost the box..but i still have my toys.
This time I want to collect Square Enix Play Arts (both Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts.) Well, due to the lack of funds (haha I am a starving artist) I still only have one... Reno from FFVII AC.
And hopefully, (when I get richer, that is when I have a job) I want to collect Azone dolls, they are so cute.
And probably after that, I want D.O.D. ball jointed dolls, but those costs $560 for just a doll alone.
I know that this hobby is not for the frugal faint-hearted, but for the love of toys I can sacrifice my weekly baon...and dream of making it big in the literary world to help support this expensive hobby.

I also sacrifice some of my allowance to fund this expensive yet beautiful hobby. It's paying off somehow. Reno is a cool figure. You will never regret having the one and only man that gave a funny side to the emo-themed Advent Children Movie. Based on my experience, the hardest to find in all 49 Play Arts Figures are Final Fantasy X-2's Yuna and Rikku; and Valor Form Sora...but don't let my words hinder you from obtaining them. Having seen your ardent passion with this toy line of my uhh....specialty, may you be the Leading Man's -- Leading Lady? (Fran, I hope you didn't heard that!) |

Hi! Welcome to the GTboard!!! ;D Nice choice on collecting play arts figures...  They are really nice, both me and my sister collect those. Just be careful for bootlegs.  And LOL at "starving artist." We're the same pla.... I remember like around 9 years ago when I started collecting gundam kits, I don't use my small baon to buy food, instead I buy gundams. ;D hehe... and just a friendly reminder: Dont forget to eat!!! Enjoy your stay!!! |
