WOWOWOWOW! because of what you did to your heero, i also tried doing it for my small heero from my verka gundam wing. its really super stressful to my eye. though i paint my tiny heeros and the cockpit as well(though a little bit messy), i did manage to finish it(but not as neat as yours). c",)
sir tagabukidph where did you get those tiny men and what do you call them(engineering team, maintenance team or something). im planning to make a simple diorama for my strike freedom and destiny. they will be like inside a hangar under maintenance. so i also need those tiny men and their equipments like missiles, oil tanks, etc... i looked in lils and they dont have those. what they have is big soldiers. not the size i want. TIA!

no matter how long you've been gone there can only be one; one place to go home to when everything's all but through... tagabukid is trying to stage a comeback, but not too soon...

season's greetings, everyone! a lot has happened during my (second) long hiatus... but no matter... i just hope that the holiday season will enable me to shake off the rust and fan my flame for finishing this project of mine... to recap, here's where i left off (note the date, 01/18/2009 LOL): yeah, like you, i wasn't sold with the 'roughness' of the paint... so i stripped it via light sanding, re-primed and repainted and applied some post-shading... and the result? may i say, "more than acceptable" ? be the judge: front view... opening the chest... ...to reveal mr. yuy... warm and cozy c0ckpit... top view: here you can see my custom-built ZERO control panel... view from the back... time to bring this kit from the dark...

as for the legs, here's were i left off: and here are my minor updates for today: leg assembly: post-shades are not that visible due to camera flash... side view: preserving some internal details... a little extra attention to the knees... torso + legs, with some sealed, masked and primed parts

bossing RainerO, V2: thanks! just noticed based on my picture gallery that i have this kit since 2008! anyway, snail progress... Clean wings... Getting dirty; partially damaged wing unit, still in progress... and a bit eyecandy: details gallery (of the build, so far): yes, the cockpit can still open/close... pending to conclusion: - battle damaged wings - a few touch ups, perhaps - final topcoat application - base display modification - display case
