No, the black ones were really for sale. But Bandai stopped making black version of the SOCs because of high cost (I think Malvin mentioned this). But for your infor the blacks SOCs are GX-01B, GX-02B, GX-03B, GX-05B & GX-10B.

hello.....i'm confused regarding the released date of the voltes soc.....some guys telling that it will be released this year maybe december or january next year or mid year next year......sir malvin,do you accept reservation na ba?...thanks

There is still one more SOC to be release before Voltes V, the Black Ox. So definitely, Voltes will be next year.

Black SOCs are a bit more expensive because of their rarity. There's still a few black SOCs in the market but you have to be very patient. You can also check out ebay.com. ;D

In a way, they're all limited since Bandai stopped their production. Let's just say they are rarer compared to the original colored ones. ;D I would say that the GX-10B (Boss Borot) is the rarest among the 6 black SOCs since it's a Toys Dreams Project.
