All righty then, english it is. not a problem. No need to fight over my mistake. Rules are rules.  Still I;d preffer the old trucks, Ape and the Wooly Mammoth with the huge GUN The new series looks sumthing out an 11 year old scribble But hey thats just me. No offense to those who like it. Still the Megs look very promising. |

locally GMA-7 will be the one who will bring in the show, and I think it would take time, for they will dubbed it in tagalog... whew what's new Cartoon Network will air Transformers Animated sometime June... GMA-7 will follow right after... ... There will be a Philippine Toy Launch of the Transformers Animated Series... it will be hosted by Cybertron Philippines.  as soon as the animated series is aired our BOSSINGs will host the toy release. I hope the prices are similar to that of TF movie, anything higher is detrimental to my wallet... ;D I just want my faves Prime, BB, Soundwave and Starscream.  |

Since they're also classified in Voyager, Deluxe and Leader Classes, I think the price is the same as the movies. I hope cheaper though, since the kids are the market here this time.

Leader class eh? Here's hoping they release an OMEGA SUPREME... That would also entail us seeing if there will be a TF Animated version of Omega Supreme... 'coz the way I see it, they'll market the show appearing guys first.... Me, I'm loking to snag the Primes and Megs of this line, except for the Supreme Class one... Oh, and yeah, all of them dinobots too... jya na! |

From what I read in Toyfare, the producers wanted a more character driven TF series. Yeah, right. We are accustomed with seeing the transformation of the robots. Seeing transforming robots- COOL . Seeing kinetic, twirling transforming robots- NOT COOL  . The producers of the new TF show should have asked the opinion of the TF fans outside of the U.S. After episode 5, I went back watching TF Galaxy Force |

While eating lunch at our office's mini-dining area, I saw a glimpse of TF Cybertron being shown at HERO. Two things caught my attention. One, Hero was using the opening theme and episode 1 of TF Galaxy Force. Two, they are using the transformers names from TF Cybertron.

What's interesting with the new TF series is it IS more character-driven... Plus they don't rely on stock footage as TF Cybertron does... To be honest, I hear TF Cybertron even tried to at least alleviate the boredom associated with seeing (and hearing...) Galaxy Convoy go "GALAXY CONVOY! SUUUPAAAAA MOOOOODE!" for the nth time...
I for one like the new show... After Galaxy Force, I'm enjoying the Western sensibilities of TF:A. The villains are better, IMHO...
I think they're using the American names is because those names are the ones with which the masses are more familiar with... I mean, not everyone knows that Optimus Prime = Convoy (and various variations thereof...)...
Bring in the Animated Omega Supreme... I hope he's a playset-type TF...

Storyline looks really good. Kinda reminds me of how Justice League stories play out. My biggest turn off as always is the western character design for my favorite Autobot. Prime does not look heroic at all.  |

I admit, the character design does take a lot of getting used. Once you get ovr it, it's all good. Not to mention the toys look super.
