There have been a few series I've seen where the character designs grew on me. "Patariro" is one of them but I keep comparing the new animated prime to the classic one and the classic designe really outshines the new one for me. I'm probably going to watch but will always cringe when I see this new incarnation of Prime.

Well, you have the atual TF:Animated character design to blame fopr that. Personally, I think the toy designers did an excellent job of translating them into toys, even to the point of reducing the awkwardness of the cartoon model.

The TF:A Prime toy looks simply cool compared to the show character.

Already watch sum of it in youtube. The high guards is where Ultramagnus and Jazz made their first apperance. It was quite funny.And supprisingly, Ultra magnus is the Big bot not the Primes... Interesting at the same time confusing... But there is a deeper story to it. Lot of great story as well with the other ep.. I don't want to give out any details of course... ^_^ But trust me, The show is great! That I'm sure of!
