Garvy!
;D ;D Wow! awesome hauls dude! Congrats on those Joe vehicles! I remember seeing the ROCC somewhere in Vira Mall where they sell Star War stats. it looked awesome! And now you've beaten me to it! hehehe
d**n bro! Microman ROCKS!!!! Love the Sigma vehicles. The figures really fit as snug as a goldilocks in the little bear's bed!! Hehehe
Got a question btw.
Would you also suggest me using Star wars vehicles as alternate war machines for my micromen? I mean since Joes and the Star Wars figs are both at the same scale, they'll fit right?
Just can't get over the sheer AWESOMENESS of your collection bro! Makes me feel like a kid again!! *Sigh* Incidentally, where'd u get the Sigma vehicles? Coz' right now I'm busy buying 1:18 scale motorbikes for my micromen, been busy fabricating some old weapons from some broken zoids to make the bikes look meaner and tougher, kinda like the "Road Spartan" vehicles. hehehe.
Anyways, Congrats on your haul bro! Truly awesome!!!

Anyways, Congrats on your haul bro! Truly awesome!!! I've been looking for the ROCC for a long time but could never find it here so I just bought it online. Yes, SW vehicles can be used by the Microman figs. They are in the same scale. I've never done so though as I've evolved into a purist over the years when it comes to Star Wars. As such, I rarely, if ever do mixing and matching where SW toys are involved. But, they'll definitely fit! The Sigma 6 vehicles are available at the local toystores so they're not hard to find. However, let me clarify that only the Microman 1999-2000 3-inch figures will fit in the Sigma 6 vehicles (the figures that go with the sigma 6 vehicles are 2.5 inches). The newer Microman figures at their 1/18 scale won't fit in the 2.5 inch figure scale sigma 6 vehicles.

Here is a haul that I chanced upon over the weekend: The Halo Light Reconnaissance Vehicle aka Warthog by RC2 Toys I was actually drawn to the Warthog by the two mini figures (not pictured here) that came with it. They looked to be the same size (and I happily discovered that they are!) as the GI Joe Sigma 6 mini figures. Having had good experiences mixing and matching Sigma 6 vehicles with my 3+ inch Microman figures, I decided to take the risk. Ultimately, as you can see above, it paid off! This baby actually looks great alongside the Sigma 6 Night Ops Vamp! Being a reconnaissance vehicle, its perfect for quick in and out scouting missions, whereby the Vamp (multi-purpose attack vehicle), being larger and more heavily armored can take on different mission profiles. So, for the 2.5 inch Sigma 6 collectors out there, you may want to consider this to add to your ground forces!

They usually require some assembly but nothing so sophisticated. most of the things one would need to assemble just snap into place and the toy is good to go! ;D

those new "updated" GiJoe vehicles are quite impressive, as it surely brings back a lot of memories. hmm. is there a new gijoe series? Yes, there is a new GI Joe series called Sigma 6. It is featured on Kids TV in the U.S. The toyline is still manufactured by Hasbro although this time, Hasbro changed the scaling. Standard action figures are at 8 inches, if I'm not mistaken. They look to have chosen this scale to better represent the characters of the show. The other Sigma 6 line is more vehicle centric. Due to the large size of the standard Sigma 6 figure, they made the vehicle line in such a way that it is to scale with figures that are roughly 2.5-3 inches in height. Those are some of the vehicles I've featured here like the Vamp, Dragonhawk and Firebat. The line is available locally. Thanks for dropping by! Garvy
