 Takara Microman Microchange series Microscope (MC-20) -- with a Micronaut checking out the equipment!Microscope Robo MC20 Micro Scope was part of the last series of Microman toys to be released by Takara for the original Microman line before it was canceled. MC20 was part of the second series Micro Change toys (also known as Chameleon Goods) which featured Microman robots disguised as everyday, ordinary objects.
In the case of MC20, the robot was disguised as a black microscope that transformed not only into a robot but also into a tank-like vehicle for Microman figure. In the object mode, the toy was actually a working microscope (though not a very good one). In this alternate mode the toy was actually quite realistic looking complete with magnification dial, fold-out sample tray with movable eye-piece. From the object mode the toy could easily be transformed into a tank-like vehicle for a Microman figure. The sample tray became a seat, and the eyepiece became a cannon. In vehicle tank mode, the barrel and seat can raised up and turn the tank into an anti-aircraft cannon.
All in all, Micro Scope was one of the better looking robots from the Micro Change line up. The mold for MC20 Micro Scope was later reused and released as part of Hasbro's 1985 Transformers line-up. MC20 would eventually become the Autobot scientist named Perceptor. The toy was changed from black and silver to red and blue but was otherwise identical to the Microman version. -- from Microforever.com |

 Microman Magneforce - Space Travellers Special Edition Microman Magneforce - Space Travellers Special Edition (loose)These guys were re-released in different colors as a tribute to Takara's old Timanic line which also used magnetic joints! Thanks Malvs!  Microman Material Force (Metallic)Great for customizing. I think I'm going to use these to "update" some of my existing bad guys! These are great even just for mixing and matching of body parts! |

Got this late last weekend!  Microman Falcon & Acroyear Manon (carded) Microman Falcon & Acroyear Manon (loose)Falcon is part of the Microman Assasin Force, which serves as a covert unit for M.I.C.R. Falcon is a Microman Ninja who was injured in combat with Manon's brother - AcroFlame - and who is healed by Manon, much to Flame's anger and to the chagrin of Falcon’s superiors.
AcroManon is the "Ice Witch" Acroyear: quiet, capable of healing the injured but seemingly incapable of telling friend from foe. Manon and her brother Flame are part of the Acroyear EXV unit which includes Acro Manon, Acro Flame and Acro Voltech.
Manon tends to have feelings for Microman (that's why she always heals them), particularly Microman Falcon. Falcon also has feelings for her. |

 MicroAction Series: Votoms 1/18 Scale ScopedogArmored Trooper (AT), a human-type, two-legged battlesuit, has become an essential weapon in the battlefield. Soldiers call the Armored Trooper "Votoms". It is the abbreviation for "Vertical One-man tank for Offense and Maneuvers". As the survivability of soldiers on an AT is very low, the word "Votoms" is often used mockingly, meaning "Fellows at the bottom". - from Takara website  Chirico Cuvie going to work! Chirico at the controls Sitting down on the job! Taking instructions from the MicroForce Commander Neo Henshin Cyborg: Cy-Protecor Suits!Backstory: The Neo Cy-Protector Suit, developed by Dr. Katagai allows Cyborgs to operate in "Neo Henshin Mode" which allows the Cyborg body perform at its highest capacity, maximizing power output! However, a Cyborg can only operated in this mode for only five minutes; if the atomic engine load-limit is exceeded the Cyborg will explode!!!
The Silver & Gold Cy-Protector Armor Suits are production units and have been refined by the Katagai Neo Nautilus Lab. The Silver is for land use and Gold for space battle. The operating time limit has since been greatly increased.
Cy-Helmet - Provides Cyborg 3-times power output but can cause severe Atomic Engine overload.
Cy-Breaster - Allows Cyborg to "Zone Convert" (access another dimension) and "borrow" shock absorbers from Neo Nautilus base (where another Dimension Generator is interfaced) and protect Cyborg body from any attack. Similar to Cy-Helmet, it draws tremendous amount of energy and can easily overload Cyborg's Atomic Engine.
Cy-Buckle - In order to reduce the overload on Cyborg's Atomic Engine from Cy-Protector equipment, Dr. Katagai developed a "reverse-discharge" belt to cool down the Cyborg. The belt can also be used to repel any heat attack.
Cy-Boots - Allows super speed (Mach-17) by means of "Cyber Linear Thrusters". However, as the speed increases, so does the load on the Atomic Engine. The boots are also equipped with adjustable Gravity Soles to allow Cyborg to walk at any angle on the surface.
Cy-Gloves - This is the last piece of armored equipment developed for the Neo Cy-Protectors Project. The Gloves give Cyborg 20-times the normal arm strength and come equipped with cooling fins to reduce the load on the Atomic Engine.

    ASSASSIN FORCE STORY
One year has passed from the end of the war between Acroyear EXO and Micro-Humanoids. Micro-Humanoids and humans won the war and at last experience long deserved peace and freedom.
But now, they are under a new hidden threat. A new group has emerged after the war and slowly becomes the power center of Micro-humanoids. The group, at first, operates under the banner of "justice" and "order" but slowly changes to "oppression" and "violence".
The mysterious leader of this political power group is a Micro-humanoid named Hidou. He has two right hand persons that enforce his power: a large Micro-humanoid named Muzan and a shaman lady named Setsuna.
Secretly, the three are actually Ancient Acroyear created by the Emperor. They have the ability to invade a Micro-Humanoid's body like parasites and eventually take over their "hosts".
One outlaw team knows the truth and is fighting back. They call themselves...."The Assassin Force". This new Assassin Force is not an actual M.I.C.R. official Force team. The Assassin Force consists of former M.I.C.R. micro-humanoid members who have since been discharged from M.I.C.R. While forces in M.I.C.R. are under orders to got out and eradicate the Resistance Microman that oppose the rule of Hidou and his gang, this new Assassin Force is a vigilante group that operates outside the law and they work only for the average Microman who are suffering under the violence and oppression of this new tyrannical power that disguises itself as self-proclaimed "bearer of justice". The Assassin Force are enforcers, judges and executioners. Being a covert unit, the actions and activities of the Assassin Force are are either unknown and/or unsanctioned by M.I.C.R.
Assassin Force members harbor secret identities. In the daytime, they work like normal Micro-humanoids, but at night.....they go forth, seeking out and killing the ancient Acroyears, who have since gained the ability of disguising themselves as Micro-Humanoids! Their standard Micr-tech skin characterizes their daytime appearance. Once they don, their armor, they take on the role of the assassin!
Shoma - Daytime: Microman Shouma is the leader of Assassin Force. His alter ego is a street musician. His nick name is "Izayoi". Izayoi means "16 nights" in Japanese which means he can not continue one job for 16 days. In the daytime, he takes on a Bohemian persona.
Nighttime: leader of Assassin Force.
Weapon: Shouma comes with Shadow Fighter-Tector Alpha Armor. His armor is integrated with a "Shadow-night Unit" that allows him to go into stealth or "shadow" mode for 10 seconds. His weapon is a Sonic Blade which is hidden inside his guitar "The Dark Beat". Sonic Blade is a virbro-blade and constantly vibrates with sonic energy. Shouma is an expert of backhand sword technique. The “Dark Beat” guitar body also serves as a small shield.
Kyoshiro - Daytime: Microman Kyoushiro is the second member of the Assassin Force team. His alter ego is as part of public rescue team personnel but secretly he is a deadly assassin. Kyoushiro is really good at getting out of a tricky situation. He is an emotional and shy Microman. 2nd name is "cutting wind wings", it is indicative of his rescue style which employs the use of an iron Wire and looks like a bird.
Nighttime: member of Assassin Force.
Weapon: Kyoushiro comes with Shadow Fighter-Tector Beta Armor. The armor gives him limited flight control and he comes equipped with a "Shadow-night" Unit that gives the wearer 10 seconds of stealth by cutting the optical reflection. Kyoushiro also use his rescue grappling hook as his weapon. The unit can also be use as spinner weapon.wire and anchor hook.
Yume - Daytime: Microlady Yume is the last member of Assassin Force. Though a very kind Microlady who is usually out to help the injured, She is also a deadly assassin disguised as a housekeeper. Yume come with glasses to make her look more "mild mannered". Yume is also a laser engineering expert and designs her own weapons. Her 2nd name is "Naki Geshou" it means "Crying make up". Yume means Dream in Japanese.
Nighttime: member of Assassin Force.
Weapon: Yume comes with Shadow Fight-Tector Gamma armor. She also comes with a gun hidden inside a vacuum cleaner, a laser knife (that looks like a cocktail glass) and a tray that convert into a spin top weapon and shield.
Acroyear-XADO
Acro-Hidou: AcroHidou is the leader of XADO, the "Evil Path". Hidou has infiltrated Microman politics and under the pretense of peace and justice he has usurped and now controls Microman's governmental power. AcroHidou comes with his disguise "Microman" head. This alternate head is done in chromed purple.
His spider is named "Bloody Spider”, a mechanical insect. for spy and assassination missions. It also becomes his armor and iron claws. His sword named "Giga-same", "same" means rain in Japan. Giga-same means "Tons of Rain"
When he uses iron claws (the metal spider's legs), it's called the "Kodoku 18 satsu", Kodoku means "Poison of Insect", 18 satsu means "18 kills". You can see Kanji characters on his body, that is old talisman writing.
Acro-Muzan: AcroMuzan is the member of Acroyear XADO or the "Evil Path". Like AcroHidou, Muzan comes with his disguise "Microman" head. This alternate head is done in chromed light brown.
His sword named "Mega-masa". If you look closely you can see a crack in his sword, that is amazing detail.
Acro-Setsuna: A female Acroyear. She is a magician. Her red fan is named "Tomurai Botan" it means "Mourn peony" it is a cool weapons and very Japanese.
Her Coarse oil paper umbrella is named "Cluster amaryllis" also a cool Japanese name!
