hello again, since im an astray lover. i thought maybe i could do a separate photo shoot for my astrays and play around with it. so here it is... MBF-P01 ASTRAY RED FRAME this is before i made the back stance...    and this is when i finally nailed that hip-drawn-sword-back-stance, hehehe   MBF-P01 ASTRAY GOLD FRAME AMATU (kuno)  side kick amatu  back view  just another pose... the side kick pose only last for a few hours, after that it turns into a low kick from a high kick. MBF-P03 BLUE FRAME SECOND L  i had a heck of time thinking of an action pose for this kit, so i stepped back and took a good look on how i can do some sensible posing with this kit and its heavy weapon.  and then i thought of giving it a pose with both hands holding the sword... but its too heavy to do anything with it.  or maybe i could just put it in the back as a back thrusters thingy.... uhm not a good idea.  then finally i thought of this, its simple and the best thing that i could think of. hehehe   and finally my final pose with the three astrays |

eh pano ba naman eh sakit sa ulo talaga un tactical weapon system ng blue frame... as in dalawang araw ko pinag-isipan kung pano ipopose yun. hahaha kaya ayun pinagtripan ko sa asar ko ;D di ko maiseryoso yun pose kaya, pagtawanan ko na lang.

another thing... are these possible for the Blue frame? maybe these could help... but it really looks impossible though...  from the looks of the size of the sword, the arm holding it might just fall off... what do you think uberjam?  and for this one... i think he's using an INVISIBLE BALANCING EFFECT MECHANISM (hehehe) bcoz it really looks crazy impossible... or if not... maybe you ought to try them out uberjam... try ko rin yan pag nkabili na ako blue frame... maybe after our exams... |

possibe po yang mga pose nayan.. ung pose with the sword over the shoulder un ung pose ng blue frame ko...
kaya nya rin ung two handed pose.. like the second pic...
pwede rin ung kneeling slash pose.. nakaluhod dpat ung astray tpos ung sword nya parang iniislash nya horizontally sa lupa... para puputulin nya ung paa nung kalaban...

Cool displays dude! Where did you score your display cabinet? Are your kits painted? i got it at sm megamall... it was originally a tv cabinet, i just did some tweaking to make it more like a display cabinet with a tv at the middle. the lighting i made it myself from 50 pcs of christmas lights and runs on 110 volts, i experimented with 50 bulbs and plugged it in at 220 volts and it burned out after a few minutes. though it was brighter and like the saying goes "shines twice as bright, burns twice as much". my kits aren't painted, collector lang kasi ako, am no modeller. though there is one, i painted a red frame to become my gold frame amatu (the black astray). i just did some crude painting on it really, no primer. just a black gundam marker and a gold paint. but so far it turned out well... except for some chipping. hehehe |

this one i think is possible and your right. the arm just might fall off and its just waaaayyyy too tall. this one really looks dubious. but im willing to give it a try. but if it achievable, i doubt i would use. it almost completely hides the blue frame except for its back. but thanks for the idea ;D |

Great concept dude! I am looking for a multipurpose display cabinet too.. How much did you buy it? I havent seen anything like it in megamall..

i got it for 2500. luckily for me the shelves aren't bolted to the cabinet itself. nakapatong lang and easily removable, and if you notice that the lower right and left portion of the cabinet has no glass, that's because it used to have a door. so i removed it and made it like so. im even planning on removing the tv and make it into another display shelf, pero ang problema wala nako paglalagyan ng tv hehehe so i think hanggang dyan na lang ang modifications ko for that cabinet. im now planning on getting a new one. a book shelf. i saw a cheap on in ever recto but there's no glass. pagiisipan ko muna yun?
