Transformers on iMAX... according to my cousin in the US there were no extra scenes involving Transformers its all about the humans especially when Sam was interrogated by the police and an extended scene involving the Sector Seven guy. He says its good but not that good especially that iMAX is not widescreen. iMAX format is 4:3 so some areas were cut to fit-in. Is it worth the money or are we better off with the DVD.? Its your choice.

Hi! I just watched I AM LEGEND on DVD.... Capt. Jack Sparrow style (good clear copy pirated). Its a fairly good at the beginning but became stupid in the middle part. Oh well, I wont reveal much or anything but the teaser captions were right that he was not alone.
Will Smith carried the movie. Its probably one of the good movies of 2007.
I recommend it if you have some time to kill.

SPOILER ALERT: it didnt explain why will smith is the only guy not infected, why the 'zombies' cant stand the sun, etc. it was a real disappointment considering this was the director of "Constantine", which i really loved.  |

i thoroughly enjoyed "i am legend" ;D im a sucker for movies that draws a claustrophobic feel from everyone, ala resident evil journal logs ang dating ni will smith reminds me a lot of 28 days later, one of my all time faves... the only hiccup i saw was the rehashed premise... very simple and vampire-inspired  |

Guys heads up on two new CGI movie on the big screen ..... I know you will really be familiar with this two old school anime. Astroboy and Gatchaman  (Gatchaman also known as G-Force and Battle Of the Planets) will be having a CGI movie. Check this news out on .... www.firstshowing.net/2007/09/27/first-look-imagis-gatchaman-and-astroboy-posters/Let's hope and cross out fingers on both of these two great old anime that will come to live on the big screen. Astroboy is slated for next year along with Gatchaman according to Imagi Ent. the people who brought us the CG TMNT movie. Btw, unless somebody would make those Imax people in MoA bring the Imax TF movie in the Pilippines, we may never get the chance to see it in that format, ever. Oh, if you haven't seen Cloverfield yet, please be adviced to sit far from the screen as much as possible. A full pheripheral vision of this movie could cause major headache, dizzines and probably even vomiting and seizures. But it is what the Godzilla movie (US version) should have been, portraying a humongous creature wreaking havoc in a city. |

just watched cloverfield earlier.. up to now medyo dizzy pa rin ako.. but it's a great film overall.. i liked the way they set up the effects.. ;D ;D

Any News For the SuperHero Movie? I heard its really funny. Specially the Tom Cruise Scientolgy spoof. haha I heard it overtook Horton in the US box office... I saw Horton and it was a hoot remembering the Dr. Seus books, if you think the movie was great,check out Horton Hatches the Egg on youtube based on the first book with Horton. I give this 5/5 This week I saw Semi-pro will Will Farrel;that movie is really fun and you'd laugh your ass off to the end. Watch out for the jokes though 'cos some are not slapstix... I give this 4/5 ;D And soon Ironman will be coming on the April 30th. Superhero Movie is now showing in theaters and it's funny movie from start to finish, the X-men angle was mostly to lengthen the movie but it was all good. Not quite a buy the original DVD (when it comes out) but it's worth the dough. |

Just a heads up for 2011 if you haven't got news of it yet... Warner is coming out with Thundercats movie Trilogy. Unfortunately it will be a CG movie ala TMNT and not live action... www.thundercatsthemovie.com/ |
