well.... Henkei has better colors in most of their TF incarnations, IMHO, noteworthy with highly noticeable differences are Megatron, Jetfire and Sunstreaker. I didn't really like the Henkei Grimlock... too much chrome on that version.

The Prime and SScream versions are nice but there's not too much difference from the Classics version. I think Bluestreak has better mags in Universe than in Henkei.
