totally missed your reviews on the F91 and Eva-01, just saw them today. as always, awesome pics and poses! I get your take on the F91 from a collector's POV... it does look to be a really handsome fig and very well made. As for the Eva-01, i was thinking of getting one up until i heard of the qc issue w/ the torso. it's the only Eva i like (only head design that appeals to me). cool new sig, BTW... but it would be more appropriate if you change your sig to this - farm5.static.flickr.com/4054/4641178098_f4e5cf101b_o.jpghahaha! j/k ;D BWAHAHAHAHAHA! same here...i didnt notice the difference at first look. i love that banner! ;D ;D ;D nice one amigo!

ola amigos! pilapoy reporting here. i just want to share my 2 cents on my recent hauls. i've had these figs for quite some time and now is the only time i'm able to make my reviews on them. up first... RD Spearhead (Ray Custom)out of the box stand alone this unit doesnt need a surf board to fly, instead it has ref board plates located at the waist. this unit is...literally...a Spear...Head. it also has the cockpit gimmick. ;D it could turn its spear the other way around to serve as a battering ram to smash holes on enemy crafts. the retractable blades used for slicin and dicin. 2 cents:this mecha appeared in the anime series Eureka 7 and was piloted by one of my favorite villains, Ray Beams. Ray Beams is the wife of Charles Beams, who also pilots a Spearhead (which is colored blue instead of red). this toy is part of the Side LFO series from the Robot Spirits (Robot Damashii) toyline. when i first got this fig i wasnt super excited to open and play with it. the only reason i bought was to have a representation of Ray Beams from the series coz i loved the character. but after taking snapshots and playing with the fig, i grew to love it. ;D i just love its "gorilla body with a unicorn head wearing skirts" look. ;D surprisingly it has no balance issues standing on its own, that was my initial concern when i first took it out of the box. not much with the accessories dept though coz it only has limited armaments. overall, you could skip on this toy. i only recommend getting it if you're a fan of Eureka 7 and/or Ray Beams. up next... RD Lancelot Clubout of the box stand alone getting ready to sortie similar to it's predecessor the Lancelot armed with the VARIS rifle rifle and shield ready to engage using the Slash Harken armed with the deadly MVS (Maser Vibration Sword) the swords can be combined to form a lance comparison with the Lancelot Club (left) and Lancelot (right) 2 cents:this mecha appeared in the PS2/PSP game Code Geass: Lost Colors, the protagonist Rai receives a prototype version of the Lancelot called the Lancelot Club if the player chooses the Britannian military route. Its design combines elements from the Lancelot and the mass-production Vincent. It is equipped with Lancelot's forearm mounted energy shields and Slash Harkens, but features the Vincent's lance-shaped Maser Vibration Swords and shoulder-mounted Factspheres. (source from wikipedia) this figure is part of the Side KMF series from the Robot Spirits (Robot Damashii) toyline. majority of the body parts/accessories here are retooled and remolded from the OSIA Lancelot. when this was first announced, i was really excited to get my hands on this. i enjoyed the release of the OSIA Lancelot so i was kinda expecting the same results here with the Lancelot Club. true enough, it lived up to my expectations. i havent played the Code Geass game though and i've heard from my peers that its a crappy game. but that didnt stop me from getting the toy. hehe. ;D what made this figure appeal more to me than the Lancelot was the color scheme and the head design. i love the metallic blue and gloss white combination it had going. plus i love the red swords it was armed with...which could be combined to form a lance! this fig had lots of accessories and gimmicks to play with which made it more kick pwet! plus it looks so photogenic and taking snapshots of this fig was so fun. overall, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fig. it's a fun fig and worth every cent spent on it. that's it for now amigos! thanks for looking! cheers! ;D

yep. the protagonists had a hard time dealing with them. gotta love the fight scenes in the tv & movie.
the club reminds me of a "souped up GM of some sorts". you just gotta love the blues.

ola amigos! Pilapoy reporting here! my upcoming toy reviews this week will be nothing but Kamen Riders! haha! ;D these 2 figs that'll be making a review of have been with me for quite some time now. now's my chance to provide my 2 cents on them. up first... SHF Kamen Rider Black RXout of the box and all of the accessories stand alone close up the neck has limited articulation. this is exceptional since that's how Black RX's suit is designed in the tv series. action shots Black RX's Revolcane! Rider Kick! 2 cents:Black RX is a photosynthetic warrior as well as the evolved form of Black using the sun as his main energy source. When Kotaro becomes RX, he says, "I am the Child of the Sun! Kamen Rider Black RX!". While in this form, Black RX uses his Macro Eye to detect his opponents' weaknesses, hidden objects, or people behind any obstacles. His signature weapon is the Revolcane sword and can perform his Rider Kick the RX Kick dropkick. *info from Wikipedia. i'm a product of the 80's popculture and i still remember watching this Rider on TV when i was younger...so yeah...this figure is very nostalgic. the toy is great in many levels. i just love the fact you could re-enact the whole 'Henshin' hand movements with this fig. (sorry i wasnt able to re-enact it coz i haven't memorized it ;D ). thank goodness there weren't any problems with the paintjob on this one, i like the 'metallic dark green' color Bandai used here. the only problem is the limited neck articualtion, not much movement you could do for the head. you just gotta understand that's how the costume was designed in the first place. hehe! ;D overall, this is a solid and great fig. i highly recommend it. up next... my first SHF Tamashii Web Exclusive... SHF Ex Battle Hopperpics of the box i love/hate this logo out of the box stand alone shots a closer look the stand 'grip hands' for the SHF Black every Kamen Rider needs his ride Black and Battle Hopper (SHF Black is not included with the Battle Hopper. hehe. ) action shots my fave shot 2 cents:The Battle Hopper is a living motorcycle created by Gorgom, made specifically for the upcoming Creation Kings Black Sun and Shadow Moon. The Battle Hopper has the ability to heal its own wounds if damaged, and can stand on its own if knocked over. His special move is the Dynamic Smash, a body slam attack that is executed at full speed. *info from Wikipedia this is actually my post birthday haul! haha! i wanted to have an 'epic' haul for my birthday. it took me awhile decide on what to get but lately i've been so addicted to the Kamen Rider lore...i finally decided to settle with this iconic bike. this bike is actually a remold of the Souchaku Henshin (SH aka predecessor of SHF) Battle Hopper. it may be a remold yet there are big differences...including the freaking pricetag and its availability! haha! ;D what attracted me to this bike is the green metallic paint job, i just really love the color green and the green on this fig is just awesome! makes me wanna lick it! haha! i also love the idea of having a bike in the shape of a Grasshopper...how cool is that?! the stand and 'grip hands' are just icing on the cake. but do take into consideration that this is just a figure of a bike...the only action it'll be doing is turning its wheels...so don't expect any transformation or hidden gimmick of some sort. ;D overall, it's a great addition to my SHF collection and it completes my SHF Black...like i said..."every Kamen Rider needs his ride". ;D if the fig is still available and you have the extra cash for this, i highly recommend this fig. it does more than just 'pimp up' my Riders. that's it for now amigos! thanks for looking! cheers!

ola amigos! here's another installment of my recent hauls. i recently had a craving for collecting the Riders from the Kamen Rider Kabuto series. each Rider was just so unique in design and they all look so colorful! hehe! ;D WARNING: PICTURE HEAVY REVIEWSup first... SHF Kamen Rider Gatackout of the box stand alone action shots with the Gatack Double Calibur in Rider Cutting form Rider Kick! Gatack! Character Bio: Gatack's Rider Form is the sleeker and more offensive-based form which more resembles the stag beetle on which Gatack is named after and themed. It is in this form that Gatack has access to the Clock Up command which allows Gatack to travel at near-light speeds to match the speeds of the Worms. By pressing a button three times on the belt in succession, Gatack can perform his tachyon-powered Rider Kick a jumping roundhouse kick. Gatack also has a Rider Cutting attack, where he takes the Gatack Double Calibers and uses them to perform a scissor-like cutting attack. *source from Wikipedia2 cents:i just love the shade of blue used on this fig. i had no issues with this fig whatsoever...except for the 'factory oil'...ewww. ;D overall, a great fig and a great addition to my SHF collection. up next... SHF TheBeeout of the box stand alone CAST OFF...CHANGE WASP! RIDER STING! TheBee! Character Bio:TheBee's Rider Form is the sleeker and more offensive-based form which more resembles the wasp on which TheBee is named after and themed. It is in this form that TheBee has access to the Clock Upcommand which allows TheBee to travel at near-light speeds to match the speeds of the Worms. By pressing the button on TheBee Zecter, the Rider Sting tachyon-powered punch is activated, allowing the user to pierce through a Worm with the stinger on the TheBee Zecter. *source from Wikipedia2 cents:first off, i gotta thank amigo j.sonic for helping me get this. i gotta admit...this is one bad pwet looking Rider. the yellow and black combination just looks awesome! this Rider is truly one of my fave in the Kamen Rider Kabuto series. my only rant is the accessories...that's all i get?! then again...it makes up for the awesome awesome awesome sleek design and color combination. overall, a great fig despite the shortage in accessories. up next... SHF Drakeout of the box stand alone CAST OFF...CHANGE DRAGONFLY! RIDER SHOOTING! DRAKE! Character Bio:Drake's Rider Form is the sleeker and more offensive-based form which more resembles the dragonfly on which Drake is named after and themed. It is in this form that Drake has access to the Clock Up command which allows Drake to travel at near-light speeds to match the speeds of the Worms. By folding back the wings on the Drake Zecter (the top halves forming a "scope" that can be used for targeting), Drake activates the Rider Shooting blast attack. *source from Wikipedia2 cents:of all my Toycon hauls, this my least fave (sorry Drake). it was last on my Kabuto Rider checklist. hehe. i got it due to the great deal from the GreatToys booth. hehe! ;D the only thing i love about this rider is the design of the Dragonfly wrapped around the body, that is just so cool. overall, you could skip on this fig, i just got it for the sake of completing my collection. haha! ;D and lastly... SHF Dark Kabutoout of the box stand alone Dark Kabuto Kunai Gun in Axe mode Dark Kabuto Kunai Gun in Gun mode Dark Kabuto Kunai Gun in Kunai mode CAST OFF...CHANGE BEETLE! RIDER KICK! will the real Kabuto please stand up? DOUBLE RIDER KICK!!! DARK KABUTO! Character Bio:Dark Kabuto's Rider Form is the sleeker and more offensive-based form which more resembles the Japanese rhinoceros beetle on which Dark Kabuto is named after and themed. It is in this form that Dark Kabuto has access to the Clock Up command which allows Dark Kabuto to travel at near-light speeds to match the speeds of the Worms. By pressing three buttons on the belt in succession, Dark Kabuto can perform his tachyon-powered Rider Kick called the Rider Kick a roundhouse kick from a standing position. *source from Wikipedia2 cents:this figure is just a recolor of the SHF Kabuto...nonetheless...it's still an awesome fig. the details on the chest alone are very detailed and i love the stripes on the helmet, it kinda reminds me of a racer motif. i gotta admit amongst all of my Toycon hauls, this was the most fun fig i had reviewing. i got nothing bad to say about it. just a couple more to go and my SHF Kabuto Rider collection is complete. that's it for now amigos! thanks for looking! cheers!

ola amigos! Pilapoy reporting here again! i just wanted to share my 2 cents on my lone haul last week. i tried something different with the lights for this particular shoot. i hope the shots turned out well. ;D anyways, here's my latest haul: SHF Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotionout of the box stand alone Violent Emotion form Decade on a killing spree! Decade beating the snot out of you! Decade back to his normal self. Here's Decade with the 'improved' head mold. HENSHIN! I'm just a Kamen Rider passing through, remember that! Here's a comparison with the first SHF Kamen Rider Decade figure(on the left). There's a big difference with the eyes and a slight difference with the color magenta, the Violent Emotion is a tad bit darker. bonus shot: Decade with Diend(left) and Kuuga(right) Character Bio:For most of the first act of Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie War 2010, Decade becomes Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotion. This form is described as Decade's final transformation into the destroyer of worlds, with Decade's body in a lighter shade of magenta, the eyes assuming a more sinister appearance, and the normally yellow Signal Pointer (the light on Decade's helmet) is violet. Decade Violent Emotion has the ability to use Attack Ride cards without being transformed into the appropriate Rider, as seen when he uses Kabuto's Clock Up, G4's Gigant and Kaixa's Side Basshar. It is apparently more powerful than his normal form, as Decade was able to single handedly destroy most of the other Riders without much trouble in this form. *source: Wikipedia2 cents:I was pretty excited to get this fig when it was available locally. This figure is just a remold of the first SHF Kamen Rider Decade that was released last year. The biggest difference is the new and 'improved' head that was included. As you can see from the comparison pic above, the new head has a darker shade of green and looks more accurate with what we see on the show. The Violent Emotion head looked kinda ok, but I didn't really feel the 'violence' there. ;D The magenta on the new Decade is kinda darker in my opinion, but according to Wikipedia its lighter. Let's just say the shade is different with the new fig. Period! ;D I'm quite surprised they didn't include the 'cut-out' cards with this new release...I had to borrow the cards from my first SHF Decade to make some of the above shots possible. On a side note, I decided to use the improved head on my first SHF Decade and keep the new SHF Decade with the Violent Emotion Head. Overall, this is a great fig. Whether you have the first SHF Decade or not, I'd still recommend this fig. It's a MUST HAVE for any SHF and/or Kamen Rider Decade fan. That's it for now, amigos! Thanks for looking! Cheers! ;D
