guys just want to ask what's the best topcoat you can buy. and any good substitutes for it? top coat is a bit expensive. and lastly can you still remove topcoat using some thinner or something. thanks

am using bosny flat clea topcoat epoxy based acrylic paint in delata form. ;D and yes it can be removed with thinners i suppose. .

if you use thinner to remove topcoats, just be careful with it, it might remove the paint beneath it.

oh yeah, if you mean to removed the top coat only? now that would be very hard. . . because thinner can removed both top coat and the base color.

my kit has no paint under it. only topcoat and gundam markers. so that wont cause any problem. my only concern is not to melt the plastic. haha. thanks. another thing, would thinner remove the markers as well?

yup the markers can be removed nga with rubber eraser o alcohol or acetone.

if you don't mind the glossy have a read here. I get mine from local super market and use for intermediate coat for panel lining/decaling and etc. before final semi glossy coat... Oh yea, you need airbrush to use....

@dj can't apply it using paint brush? it comes with as sprayer right? can you used that to spray it on?

well I buy Pledge It from local supermarket. 500 mL bottole cost me about AUD 6.50
Haven't used other than air brushing since I can simply tip into the bowl and spray away...

yeah how i wish i could do that too, since i don;t have an a/b ;D but anyway am more into the tinting using this wonder solution for hobbyist am intersted with.
