Well, I was referring to the original Universe anyway... I was also never into the Ultimate line, so I appreciate the info... The movie seems to be an amalgamation of a lot of versions of Spiderman (Spidermen?) and key events form Spiderman's very colorful life...
In fairness, really, there are probably about as many universes in the Marvel Universe as the D.C., the movie included. I do suppose Gwen'll have to disappear since M.J.'s there, but hey, its fiction so whe never know!
May 4th can't come soon enough!

i heard this from TV Patrol last night while i was watching the news...
instead of May 4 as the showing date..
we will be 3 days earlier than the expected showing date..
meaning..Spider-man 3 will be shown on philippine cinemas on May 1...

To me its all good its more convincing... It needs more space when he opens his mouth(Look on the anatomy of the Snake or a great white shark the lip lining is almost across the cheek part to make it more wider opening of their mouth) VENOM trade mark  the bigger the mouth, the more vicious it looks ;D And your another one of his trade mark is his creepyness |

yup. Spider-Man 3 will be shown here earlier. that's to avoid piracy. they've been doing that since Spider-Man 1 and Matrix sequel movies.

thats a very good news...SM3 will be shown here in the phils. on May 1..i hope ayala cebu will be also showing SM3 on the same date..
the trailer that was shown in TV patrol was diff than the trailers being shown in youtube

HOLY MOLLY! THAT IS SIMPLY AWESOME. THIS MOVIE MADE ME WATCH IT AND RATHER PAY FOR THE ORIGINAL DVD AND NOT BUY PIRATED ONES. HOW THE HECK DID SAM RAIMI PUT THIS KIND OF FILM? INCREDIBLY SPECTACULAR!
